What if I see a product cheaper elsewhere?

If you see the same product on another website, but at a lower price, we will either go with the competitor's price or undercut it.

There are conditions to this;

• The product has the same serial number at the other webshop
• The product is not on sale at the other webshop.
• Special discount offers are excluded from the lowest price guarantee.
• The product is in stock at the other webshop and can be delivered immediately
• The product is sold by the webshop itself and not by third parties. (Bol.com and Amazon therefore fall outside the lowest price guarantee)
• The product, like Joeps, must be sent without shipping costs.
• The product must be completely new and sold in its original, sealed packaging.
• Not all suppliers are covered by the lowest price guarantee. Below is a list of which shops are covered.
