New renders show the all-new Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro
Great news for all Xiaomi fans, as the two new high-end devices may be released next month: the Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro. Some renders of the Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro have already been leaked, in which the square camera island is mainly striking. Curious about the renders and what to expect? Then read on soon!
Info about the devices
The well-known leaker OnLeaks has revealed what the Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro will look like through very sharp renders. He shared this in collaboration with the website Zoutons where a number of professional looking renders of the devices can be seen. What mainly stands out is the large camera island on the back of the device. The Pro version has a slightly curved screen that tapers off at the sides with a curved frame. The Xiaomi 13, on the other hand, has a flat screen with flat sides as well. Both devices have a centered camera hole in the screen with lines between the various cameras. Thus, it can be seen that the Pro version has a 6.65" inch OLED screen with the cameras protruding 3 mm. The 13 has a 6.2" inch OLED screen and is also a bit smaller, the cameras sticking out about 2 mm.
More specs
It was also announced last week that the Xiaomi 13 Pro would get three 50-megapixel cameras. Also, Xiaomi normally announces its high-end devices relatively early. The 12 devices came out in late December of 2021. It is unknown exactly when Xiaomi will launch these devices, but presumably again next month in December. The Xiaomi 13 Pro will reportedly feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, which the manufacturer Qualcomm has yet to announce. This will most likely happen next week. In addition, the screen of the 13 Pro is going to get a fine refresh rate of 120Hz, which you see on many Android devices these days. This will make animations and images a lot smoother. The battery is said to get a 4800mAh capacity, allowing you to use the device for an entire day. Charging should go at 120 watts. The Xiaomi 12 Pro had this as well, taking you from 0 to 100 percent in 20 minutes. The specs of the "regular" Xiaomi 13 are a bit more unfamiliar.
