I bought a sealed product but am not happy with it. Can I return it?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sealed products if the seal is broken. This has to do with the fact that this is a data carrier. As a result, the right of withdrawal expires after breaking the seal.

We therefore advise you to read the specifications carefully before choosing a smartphone/iPad/Airpods. For example, pay attention to the size of the battery, how much memory you want and the size of the device.

If you have any doubts about the color or size of a smartphone, we advise you to first view and hold the device in a physical store. It would be a shame if you were disappointed after purchasing!
