I want to return my product. What should I do?
You have 14 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of receipt of the product.
The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging.
For returning the order, the return costs are for the consumer.
We will credit the purchase amount within 14 days.
Please note that we follow the legal conditions regarding our return policy.
However, products can only be returned if they are complete and undamaged.
By 'complete' we mean that the returned product must include all loose accessories in the original packaging.
If the return package is incomplete and/or damaged, we will contact you to find a suitable solution.
Returning AirPods & other earbuds/headphones:
Please note: Due to hygiene and/or health reasons, we cannot take any risk. As these products are sent sealed, we will not accept these products if the seal is broken and therefore these products will be excluded from the right of withdrawal, due to the above reasons.
Returning Smartphones & Tablets:
Please note: As sealed smartphones and tablets have a significant depreciation in value after the seal is broken, we are forced to apply a 30% depreciation of the purchase price on a return after the seal is broken.
We will use the same means of payment used by the consumer for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to another method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.
