What warranty do I have on my order?

All our products are covered by the legal warranty.
This means that a product must function as you can reasonably expect.
If it appears that this is not the case, you can have this checked with us and offer the product for repair.
Smartphones have a standard factory warranty of 24 months.
For the accessories that come directly with the smartphone, such as a charger, headset or data cable, the warranty period is 6 months after purchase.
The manufacturer's warranty covers defects that you cannot prevent yourself, such as software problems or manufacturing errors.
In any case, the warranty does not affect your statutory warranty rights as a consumer.
The original invoice date still determines the warranty period; even if the product has been repaired or replaced at a repair center in the meantime.
The above information about the manufacturer's warranty does not apply if the smartphone has user/water damage or if the phone has been opened by someone other than the manufacturer.
